NALCO has issued advertisements for contractual recruitment to several posts in the flourishing Aluminium Metal Corporation Limited, a joint venture with Alloy Corporation Limited. As per the recruitment advertisement issued by NALCO, applications are invited from eligible candidates for recruitment on a three-year contract basis on the post of company secretary in executive and Grade 3 in Grade 2 and Grade 4.

Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
Candidates can apply for grade 2 executive (projects and finance) post in Uadhnl, a joint venture of NALCO and Midhani, who have done bee/BTech with a minimum of 60% marks in mechanical engineering from a recognized university or institute or have a banners degree with a minimum of 55% marks and an associated member of ICWA/CA/CMA and have at least four years of experience related work. The maximum age limit for these posts is 30 years on 31st December 2020.

Similarly, for company secretary posts in Grade 3, candidates should be members of ICSI with graduation and at least four years of experience should be of related work. The maximum age limit for this post is 35 years on 31st December 2020.

For executive (pamphlets) posts in Grade 4, candidates should pass the Bee/BTech degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university or institute and have a two-year fulltime MBA. The maximum age limit for this post is 40 years on 31st December 2020.
