Director Anurag Kashyap falls prey to trolling due to his statements. Recently Anurag Kashyap has apologized on social media and he has described a person as his guru. Anurag Kashyap's close friend and cinematographer Natarajan Subramaniam had spoken several things about the director a few days ago. He tweeted and told the director to be selfish and stupid. Natarajan Subramaniam had even accused Anurag of forgetting him, and now everyone was waiting for a strong response from Anurag Kashyap.

Anurag did not do anything like this, rather he justified the anger of his friend. He also apologized to Natarajan. Anurag tweeted "I am reading a lot in the media that Natarajan has expressed his anger against me on social media. I would like to say, he is not only my friend, we have worked together in the world of cinema. While I did not even know how to explain my shot to the cameraman, Natarajan Subramaniam has taught me since that time. He has also been my guru. He worked with me on 'Last Train to Mahakali', 'Five' and 'Black Friday'. We worked together for many years. Natarajan got me introduced to the world of cinema.''
