There has been a stir in the politics of Madhya Pradesh for quite some time. After the political upheaval in the same state, the strategy for the formation of a new government and future by-elections on the rebel seats has started. Out of six assembly seats in Morena district, four Congress rebels have resigned, while one has died. Due to this, by-elections will be held in five assembly seats. Before the political crisis and the resignation of Kamal Nath government, the by-elections were due to the death of MLA Banwarilal Sharma in the Jaura Assembly seat of the district, but now the MLAs of Sumawali, Morena, Dimani and Ambah assembly has also resigned. There will be by-elections in these four assemblies along with Jaura. The rebels are facing a lot of trouble due to the Congress MLAs joining the BJP from their seats, who were demanding tickets from these assemblies. Party sources say that the MLAs who have resigned will be given tickets from their constituencies according to the deal.

Apart from Jaura, ticket contenders from BJP are confused about the four seats of Morena vacated. However, these leaders and workers are not responding. Still, they are very upset with the discussions of these former MLAs getting tickets from BJP. Former BJP MLA from Sumawali Assembly constituency Gajraj Singh Sikarwar, his sons Satyapal Singh Sikarwar and Ajab Singh Kushwaha may face trouble because from here, Edal Singh Kanshana can beat the BJP to contest elections.
