Today, national mountaineering day is being celebrated all over the country. So let's know about it. There are two friends behind celebrating this day. The two friends were Bobby Matthew and Josh Madigan. Both of them were American citizens. Because they were the first to successfully climb the 46 high peaks of mount Ediorondac in New York, USA.

The same two men scaled the last 46th peak on August 1, 2015, and formally joined the Ediorondac 46 Club Club in May 2016. That is why 1st August is celebrated as National Mountaineering Day. Both of them often said that everyone must climb the mountain at least once in their lives. Because when we reach the peak of the mountain, we have a great experience.

At the same time, climbing a mountain makes every part of your body useful. For example, you have to use your fingers and forefathers to catch the grip of the climb. The Arbhiks generally decide their path by holding on to it. It is very important for a person to imagine his path before climbing a mountain. But if you want to climb a mountain, you must have wondered if it was necessary to be physically strong to climb a mountain. And it is also said that mountaineering is done by most of the boys. But it is wrong. An effective climber of care is one who knows most of the climbing, technique, balance, and foot strength.
