On Friday, the fifth day of the second phase of the budget session of Parliament, the session began with the opposition uproar over the Delhi violence. There was a demand to discuss Prime Minister Modi's presence in the House and Delhi violence. Along with this, the Lok Sabha today constituted a committee to investigate the uproar in the Speaker's chair, which would include the leaders of all parties. At the same time, Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu also requested the MPs. The Rajya Sabha was subsequently adjourned till 11 March. At the same time, two minutes after the commencement of the proceedings of the Lok Sabha, it was postponed till two o'clock in the afternoon, but then its time was reduced to 12 o'clock.

Many MPs have given notice of the adjournment motion on various issues, while several important Bills are to be introduced in the Lok Sabha today. At the same time, Congress MPs including Rahul Gandhi demonstrated in front of Mahatma Gandhi's statue in the Parliament premises demanding the resignation of Home Minister Amit Shah. Along with this, the issue of suspension of Congress MPs also came up. Apart from this, Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri can introduce The Aircraft (Amendment) Bill, 2020 in Lok Sabha today. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019 in the Lok Sabha today. Along with this, Union Coal and Mines Minister Prahlad Joshi will present the Mineral Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2020 in Lok Sabha today.
