Navaratri: 6 feet long idol of Goddess Durga is made with Chocolate

Navaratri, the nine days of the goddess of Durga has started. Navaratri is celebrated with great fanfare throughout the country. But in Kolkata, it is celebrated on a large scale. Goddess Durga's statues are welcomed in every home and the worship of the goddess lasts for 9 days.

The one more thing about Kolkata's Durga Puja is that its pandal. While on the one hand the pandal is being prepared like a Bahubaali set at a cost of Rs 10 crores, while a chocolate-headed statue of a goddess has been installed in a city hotel of Kolkata.

This statue is 6 feet high and it has been prepared with 600 kg chocolate. This idol has been prepared by three people under the supervision of Chef Sunil. This statue will be placed in the display till September 29 i.e. till the Mahanavmi.

On behalf of the hotel, Kenneth Scott said that we have prepared this statue completely with chocolate. Scott said that we want to give all its credit to the artists of Kumariulali, who have prepared this idol.
