However, he was later granted bail. Now the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has sent notices to Navneet Rana and her husband Ravi Rana. This notice has been issued in connection with the illegal construction in his residence located in Khar area of ​​Mumbai.

The Rana couple was arrested on April 23 for announcing recitation of Hanuman Chalisa. After the complaint of Shiv Sainiks, the police had registered a case against them. The biggest section 124A i.e. sedition section was also imposed on Navneet Rana. However, the special court granted him conditional bail. Navneet Rana and her husband Ravi Rana came out of jail after 13 days.
Soon after his release from jail, Navneet was taken to Lilavati Hospital for a medical test. However, he was later discharged from the hospital. After this, now the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has sent a notice to Navneet Rana and her husband in the case of illegal construction.
