Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of the renowned actors in Bollywood. He is famous for his realistic acting.  His mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui filed an FIR against Nawazuddin's wife Zainab  aka Alia in Mumbai’s Versova Police station. Based on the complaint of Nawazuddin Siddiqui's mother, Versova police have registered a case under sections 452, 323, 504, 506 of IPC.

According to the Police Official, there is a property dispute between Nawazuddin, his mother and Aaliya alias Zainab.  Alia allegedly had an argument with Nawazuddin's mother. Nawazuddin and Alia got married in 2010 and both have two children. Alia is Nawazuddin's second wife. They had filed for divorce from the actor in May 2020 and even made serious allegations against him.In July 2020, Alia had lodged a complaint at a police station in Mumbai. She also recorded her statement against the actor and his four family members and accused them of domestic violence.

Earlier in an interview, Alia speaking about the case said, “Earlier, he was never able to pay attention to his children. But now, I am really surprised to see him like this. Both me and Nawaz will try together to remove all the problems between us. Going forward, we will sort all the problems and misconceptions. We have been talking about this.”

On the career front, Nawazuddin started his career with Anurag Kashyap's Gangs of Wasseypur Part 2 in 2012. He was last seen in Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria’s Heropanti 2, which failed to bring the audience to the theatres. The actor will be next seen in his upcoming film Haddi. Directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma, and co-written by him and Adamya Bhalla.
