Aaliya has also sent a copy of this notice to Nawaz on WhatsApp, but Nawazuddin has not considered it necessary to give any response to this notice even if he is far away.'
Aaliya's lawyer told a website, "His client has made many serious allegations against Nawaz but his wife is still waiting for the reply of the notice from the actor." He told that Aaliya and Nawaz's relationship had a problem for a long time, due to which both are living separately for quite some time.
The actor's wife Aaliya said, "Our relationship was never good, there was always tension in our relationship and I, like a wife, ignited many things. He is a celebrity and if I were to talk about it, I would talk and grow, not care. I tried hard to save my relationship but I never felt any positive attitude. He does not care about me nor the children. We have been living apart for a long time. The children are with me even in this lockdown, he did not ask about my and my children's condition, that's why I thought about it very deeply in the lockdown and I felt that it is better to be separated than to keep the relationship just to be shown publicly. That's why I decided to divorce."
Aaliya further said, "I have sent a notice to him but did not get any reply. I have decided that this time it is better. I try to get custody of the children. Children will be with me only."
