According to the police, Aaliya has given this statement based on the allegations made against Nawaz and his family. If you remember, on the 27th of July, Aaliya lodged an FIR against Nawazuddin and his family at a police station in Mumbai. Yes, this was not the case of Mumbai, because of that the complaint was transferred to Muzaffarnagar for Budhana. At the same time, Aaliya had to go to the police station to record her statement in order to raise her from Mumbai. Now Aaliya has reiterated the same allegations in her statement which she had included in the FIR lodged in Mumbai.
In her new statement, Aaliya alleges that she was molested by Nawazuddin's brother Minhajuddin Siddiqui in 2012, about which she had also complained to her family. But the matter did not increase, so his family asked him to remain silent. The family believed that it was a matter of home, it would be better if it was resolved at home. However, no member of the house took any action on it. Now talk about Nawazuddin's family, then he has dismissed all the allegations made by Aaliya. He says that Aaliya is false and no such incident has ever happened in her house.
