Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been in the headlines for some time now about his personal life. In fact, the actor remains in the discussion about a domestic dispute with his wife Aaliya. The dispute between the two has increased so much that the case has reached the court. Some time ago, a case of a property dispute between the actor's mother Mehrunisa, and Aaliya came to light. At the same time, Nawazuddin's wife Aaliya has been summoned by the court.  

According to reports, Nawazuddin Siddiqui's mother Mehrunisa has filed a police complaint against Aaliya. After this, the police called Aaliya to the police station for questioning. After this case, Nawazuddin's wife Aaliya filed several complaints under the POCSO Act against the husband and in-laws. At present, the police have also registered a closure report in this case. However, Aaliya has been summoned by the court. In fact, in the year 2020, Aaliya filed a complaint at the Versova Police Station in Mumbai about her brother-in-law misbehaving with her. She said that she had gone to her in-laws' house in  2012. At the same time, his brother-in-law did the wrong thing, after which she lodged a zero FIR at Versova police station. The matter was sent to Budhana Kotwali for discussion.  

After this complaint, Aaliya had to appear in court once, in which she recorded her statement. However, after the investigation of this whole case, no evidence was found, and the POCSO court filed a closing report. Aaliya was called to appear in court under this case, but she did not arrive. After which the case was heard in the court on Wednesday, but Aaliya did not reach there. ADGC Kuldeep Pundir has also been summoned for Aaliya not appearing in court continuously. Aaliya has been summoned to appear in court on February 22.
