Mumbai: A major crackdown has taken place against drug cartels in Mumbai. The Narcotics Control Bureau is said to have found links of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar. It is said that the NCB got this confirmation when the agency busted a drugs factory in Dongri area of Mumbai. According to reports, the factory was operated by Karim Lala's grandson Chinku Pathan.

An NCB official, who was recently investigated, told a website that "the NCB arrested Chinku Pathan yesterday, who is Lala's grandson. Lala Dawood Ibrahim has been a mentor. Not only that, but the officer also says, "Lala was the main underworld don of Mumbai. The cartel was originally being run by the Pathani gang and they were also making a connection with the Dawood gang.''

Talking to a website, the official also said, "The agency recovered one crore rupees of cash and huge quantities of drugs in the factory. At the same time, some weapons have also been recovered. Singhu Pathan's partner Aarif Bujhwala is the biggest supplier of drugs in Maharashtra."
