In another case, Justice DY Chandrachud has informed that 6 judges of the Supreme Court are suffering from Influenza (H1N1) virus. He has asked the Chief Justice of India (CJI) SA Bobde to issue directions for vaccination of persons working in SC. The CJI has called a meeting with the SCBA chairman to discuss the issue.
