After the results of the Lok Sabha elections were announced, the NDA meeting to form the government in Delhi has ended. During this time, big news about Nitish Kumar and Chandrababu Naidu has also started coming out. According to sources, Nitish Kumar and Chandrababu Naidu submitted letters of support in the meeting. In such a situation, it is now possible that after the NDA meeting, many leaders will go to stake claim to form the government.
According to reports, NDA leaders may go to Rashtrapati Bhawan within an hour on Wednesday, i.e. today. Aupriya Patel, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Pawan Kalyan, Jayant Chaudhary were also present in the NDA meeting being held at the Prime Minister's residence. If reports are to be believed, BJP could not cross the magic number of majority in this Lok Sabha election. Due to this, JDU's Nitish Kumar and TDP's N Chandrababu Naidu are playing the role of kingmakers in forming the NDA government. Every aspect has also started being discussed in the NDA meeting.
In this Lok Sabha election, BJP has won 240 seats, which is 32 less than the majority figure. TDP and JDU have a total of 28 seats. NDA along with other allies of BJP will cross the majority mark.
Earlier on Wednesday (5 June), TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu had said that he is with the NDA. He had said, "You always want news. I am experienced and I have seen many political changes in this country. We are in the NDA and I am going to the NDA meeting."
On June 4, 2024, TDP supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu has also expressed his gratitude to the people for the massive mandate given to the NDA in Andhra Pradesh. He posted on Instagram and wrote, "Thank you Narendra Modi and senior BJP leaders Amit Shah and JP Nadda."
