On Friday, the three NDA nominees filed nominations in the assembly for the Rajya Sabha elections in Patna. On behalf of JDU, Ramnath Thakur, Harivansh Narayan Singh and BJP candidate Vivek Thakur filed nomination in the assembly.

According to the media report, during this time, there was an interesting incident that Vivek Thakur, the candidate for BJP's Rajya Sabha election, reached the assembly 50 minutes late in a round of Shubh Muhurta and till then CM Nitish Kumar kept waiting for him. Candidates have been repeated. Ramnath Thakur has been a minister in the Bihar government, while Harivansh has worked as press advisor to former PM Chandrashekhar. They are counted among the select journalists of the country.

If BJP's candidate Vivek Thakur believes in this matter, Vivek Thakur is the son of the veteran leader of Bihar CP Thakur. Vivek Thakur has also been a Legislative Councilor and let us tell you that CP Thakur's term of Rajya Sabha is coming to an end in April, while RJD has given tickets to Prem Chand Gupta and AD Singh. The tenure of three JDU and two Rajya Sabha MPs of BJP is due to end in April and the Rajya Sabha elections will be held on 26 March.
