A case has been registered against AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi, Waris Pathan and BJP leader Kapil Mishra. These three leaders are accused of inciting an alleged riot between the two communities. On Thursday, a complaint was filed by Balakishan Rao Namdari.

Earlier in the Delhi violence case, a hearing was filed in the Rouse Avenue Court on a petition filed against BJP leaders Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur, and Pravesh Verma. Rouse Avenue Court deferred order for April 23. The same, that 10 people including Sheikh Mujtaba Farooq have filed a PIL in the Supreme Court regarding the violence in North East Delhi. In the petition, apart from BJP leaders Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur, and Pravesh Verma, they demanded immediate registration of all those people.
