Chopra has been back in action after sensationally winning the Diamond Trophy 2022 in Zurich last season. Neeraj came back with a bang and threw the opening throw of 88.67 meters to seal his title.
The way Chopra opened with 88.67m, it looked like he was about to breach the 90m mark. This past Peters threw a throw of 85.88 metres. Neeraj Chopra threw throws of 88.67m, 86.04m, 85.47m, foul, 84.37m, 86.52m and has also confirmed gold for himself.
