Actually, Manikchak College in Malda city of West Bengal has released the merit list of admission in undergraduate courses, which includes the name of Neha Kakkar. The college recently released the list for BA first year.

The special thing is that Neha Kakkar's name is not only in one place, but in the merit list of three courses. Neha's name is found in the merit list of BA pass course, English Honors and Educational Honors course. However, now the Principal of the college, Anirudh Chakraborty, says that this is a conspiracy to discredit the West Bengal government online admission system.

According to the media report, the Principal said, 'The college administration hired a Kolkata agency to prepare an online merit list. On Thursday morning, after the three lists, we found the name of Neha Kakkar at the top of the merit lists, who got five hundred marks out of five hundred. Subsequently, the administration came to know about this list, and came to know that it is fake. Also, there was a conspiracy to malign the online entry system of the West Bengal government. The college administration filed a complaint at the local police station and the cybercrime police station. With this, the matter is being thoroughly investigated.
