Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta's Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam starrer action-thriller Kaabil caught in fresh trouble with American entertainment streaming company and production giant, Netflix. Netflix made accusation on Kaabil being plagiarism of their original productions 'Daredevil' which is directed by Drew Goddard and based on the Marvel Comics.

As per source, "Protagonists of both the productions are blind while even the action sequences look identical. Wait till you hear this! Even the colour schemes are also similar. Understandably this hasn't gone down well with Netflix and they will be taking legal action against Rakesh Roshan's FilmKraft Productions and Sanjay Gupta's White Feature Films.'

The film Kaabil will clash with Shahrukh's Raees as both the film will release on 25 January. Meanwhile it's coincident that, two days back, Red Chillies Entertainment whi h is owned by Shahrukh has announced a three-year deal with Netflix. Also when contactes to Netflix, their response was, “Netflix has no comments to share at the moment.“
