Nike Training Club classes have just launched on the platform, thanks to the partnership between the streaming giant and Nike. Now, switching from couch-potato binge to workout mode is simple.

In addition to its primary business of TV shows and movies, Netflix has been experimenting with other types of content. Netflix games, meditation series produced by Headspace, and Nike Training Club are just a few examples.

Industry leaders in streaming see potential in diversifying. This will help Netflix attract more users to its platform, given how competitive the traditional streaming market is right now.

The Nike Training Club classes on Netflix will be made available in two batches for a total of 30 hours. While the second batch will not be available until next year, the first batch will be released on December 30.

Programs will offer sessions for all levels of fitness. The first batch will have five practice shows and 45 episodes. Ten languages will be used for their release.

The first batch of exercise programs include the 14-episode Hit & Strength with Tara, the 6-episode Feel-Good Fitness, the 13-episode Kickstart Fitness with the Basics, the seven-episode Two Weeks to a Stronger Core, the six-episode Kickstart Fitness with Tara. Episode Fall In Love With Vinyasa Yoga, etc.

In 2009, the Nike Training Club was launched. It offers a variety of fitness programs for people with different levels of fitness, such as strength training, yoga and intense workouts.

Coaches with Nike certification oversee the programs. Netflix users will be able to watch the program with their existing subscription. When shows are available, viewers can use the search term "nike" to find them on Netflix.
