Srinagar: A New batch of pilgrims left from Pantha Chowk base camp in Jammu Kashmir's Srinagar district commencing their sacred journey towards the revered Amarnath cave shrine. With hearts brimming with devotion, the pilgrims resonated the air with spirited chants of 'Bam Bam Bhole.'
The path to the hallowed shrine will diverge, offering twin routes through Pahalgam and Baltal, each holding its own allure for the faithful travelers. As the Yatra entered its 21st day since its initiation on July 1, over 3 lakh pilgrims have already embarked on this auspicious pilgrimage to South Kashmir's Amarnath cave shrine.
This year's Yatra has seen participants from various corners of the world, with pilgrims hailing from places as diverse as California, USA, Ukraine, Nepal, and Malaysia. Each individual, united by their unwavering faith, has come to seek blessings at the sacred Holy Cave of Amarnath.
To facilitate the ever-increasing influx of pilgrims, the government has ensured reliable transportation from Jammu to the base camps in Kashmir. Furthermore, health facilities have been bolstered, and expert medical teams stationed at each camp diligently attend to the health needs of hundreds of devotees every day, offering medical assistance and valuable advice.
