New Delhi: A new death warrant has been issued for the accused in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case. Nirbhaya's criminals Pawan, Akshay, Mukesh, and Vinay will now be hanged on March 20 at 5:30 in the morning. The four convicts of Nirbhaya have exercised all their legal options. Therefore, it is believed that this will be the final warrant in the Nirbhaya case and the culprits will have no option to avoid hanging.

Mukesh, guilty of this case, has changed his lawyer. On Thursday, lawyer M.L. Sharma mooted the case before Justice R Bhanumati in the apex court. The lawyer has said that he wants to present his side on behalf of Mukesh. The court said that when the case filed by the central government will be heard at 3 pm, then present your side.

Earlier, President Ramnath Kovind rejected Pawan's mercy plea in the Nirbhaya case on Wednesday. Pawan's curative petition from the apex court has been dismissed on Monday. That is, all the legal rights of the four convicts have been exercised and they have no choice left.
