Lucknow: Rajesh Singh Chauhan announced the formation of Bharatiya Kisan Union (Apolitical) after separating from Rakesh Tikait's Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU). Now, this new farmer organization is seen in action mode as soon as it is formed. BKU Arajnaitik national president Rajesh Singh Chouhan has warned the Yogi Adityanath-led UP government to fulfil the promises made to farmers during the assembly elections.
Speaking to media persons in Fatehpur, Rajesh Singh Chauhan said that on the principles of Mahendra Singh Tikait, another organization has been formed which will fight for the benefit of farmers. He said that the promises made by the BJP in its manifesto during the UP elections should be fulfilled at the earliest. Rajesh Singh Chouhan said that he will soon meet CM Yogi to fulfil the promises made about farmers in the BJP's manifesto. He also warned the government that if they do not fulfil the promises made in their manifesto soon, we will launch a big agitation against the BJP in the state and the country.
Rajesh Singh Chauhan has described Mahendra Singh Tikait as mahatma and his ideal. He also gave a message that he is not going to be soft on Rakesh Tikait and Naresh Tikait. He levelled a scathing allegation against Rakesh Tikait and said that he has forgotten the ideals of Mahendra Singh Tikait. He targeted Rakesh and Naresh Tikait, saying their sons sold their inheritance.
