According to rumours have cropped Popular automotive magazine states that Tata’s news hatchback – the Tiago is going to be launched on March 28,2016 but Tata Motors has not confirmed it.

 This new car of Tata will be positioned below the slow-selling bolt and likely to rival cars like Hyundai Grand i10 and the Maruti Suzuki Celerio, both of which are doing respectable numbers in the Indian car market. With all the delays, in the launch of the Tiago.

It has been nearly three months since, and the car is yet to hit showrooms. This could be partly blamed on the company’s poor planning and partly, on the Zika Virus, which played spoilspot and caused further delay.

Only time will tell whether or not Tata Motors is able to persuade customers of its rival brands to visit its showrooms.
