Good news for Twitteratis, new tweet replying option in twitter gives them more characters to use

Twitter identifies itself as a 'micro-blogging' site and therefore provide 140 characters for tweeting and replying the tweets. This character limit forces users to keep their tweets short and simple, and sometimes it becomes a little inconvenient for users to express their thoughts in 140 words as tagging anyone in tweets and replies is also included in the character limit.

But now with the new update, @usernameswillnot  be counted in 140 characters in reply tweets anymore. That mean users can use full 140 characters while replying the tweets. Now username of the person you are replying to will appear above the tweet text. Also in a conversation, users will be able to see what specific users are saying, rather than seeing a lot of @usernames at the start of a â€‹ tweet.
