New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against eight accused Gautam Navlakha, Babu, Anand Teltumbade, Sagar Gorkha, Ramesh Gaykor, Jyoti Jagthermal, Milind Teltambade, and Stan Swami in the Bhima Koregaon case. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has claimed that social activist Gautam Navlakha was in touch with Pakistani agency ISI.
NIA has said in its charge sheet that Gautam Navlakha was asked to unite intellectuals against the government. NIA has claimed this in a charge sheet filed in the Bhima-Koregaon Elgar Parishad case. NIA has claimed that Honey Babu, an associate professor at the University of Delhi, was assisting in conducting foreign media visits in the Naxal region and was working closely with the banned terrorist outfit Revolutionary Democratic Front (RDF) in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
NIA has filed a charge sheet against Gautam Navwlakha, Honey Babu, Anand Telugu, Sagar Gorkha, Ramesh Gaichor, Jyoti Jagthermal, Milind Teltunbude, and Stan Swami in a special NIA court in Mumbai. NIA has said that Gautam Navlakha had a role and participation in the Bhima Koregaon case. The NIA has also said in the charge sheet that Navlakha met Maoist cadres.
