New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has said that students from JNU in the national capital Delhi and TISS in Mumbai were recruited for terrorist activities in the Bhima-Koregaon case. NIA has submitted a 17-page document in the form of draft charges in court. Tell you that Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) have already been notorious for left-wing activities.

NIA said that students of both these educational institutions were recruited for terrorist activities. These students were reinstated by the same urban Naxalites who are accused of the Bhima-Koregaon violence case. According to NIA, all the accused belonged to banned organizations and were plotting to set up a parallel 'Janata Sarkar.' The conspiracy was to take away the power of the government and create an armed power.

According to NIA, the accused were members of the CPI (Maoist). Their conspiracy was to carry out terrorist activities by taking students forward so that they could get the support of international organizations and intellectuals. the NIA has framed charges against the 15 accused in a 17-page draft. The accused were wearing a different mask as human rights and civil rights activists. A case has been registered against them under sections of IPC UAPA.
