Ahmedabad: Gujarat, the home state of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is becoming concerned about the new coronavirus variant Omicron. The availability of omicron patients has been praised by restrictions. Night curfews have now been imposed in eight major cities, including Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar, and Junagadh, according to latest reports. Patients with omicron symptoms, on the other hand, have been designated as micro-maintain zones.

A recent official notification said that night curfew has been extended till December 10 in big cities. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupinder Patel has recently said, "Adequate arrangements are being made to deal with the new variant omicron of coronavirus in our state. Last Sunday, he urged the people to take necessary precautions and consoled the people of the state and said, "They will also defeat the new form of coronavirus. The number of Covid-19 cases being registered in the State is now the lowest in the country. On the other hand, the health department says, "48 new coronavirus cases were found in Gujarat on Sunday. One death was recorded. With this, the total number of infection cases increased to 8,27,707 and the death toll went up to 10,095. '

"The curfew enforced in Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar, and Junagadh cities will be able to open store salons etc. by 12 pm," according to information received from the Health Department. While restaurants are allowed to stay up until midnight, they will only be able to serve 75 percent of their customers. Furthermore, 'home delivery' of meals and 'cooking service (take away)' will be available until midnight.
