Nikhil Siddhartha made his on-screen debut in Tollywood with Shekhar Kammula's 2007 film Happy Days. He has completed 14 years in Tollywood. On this occasion, he shared a picture of himself, thanking director Sekhar Kammula for giving him the opportunity in films. He wrote, "On this day 4 years ago... In the film which hit the screens on October 2, Nikhil played the role of a young engineering student named Rajesh and soon gained a lot of fame. The film was a blockbuster and also marked the debut of actors like Varun Sandesh and Tamannaah Bhatia. The actor will reprise his role as a doctor in Kartikeya's sequel thriller. Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has also been roped in for this film directed by Chandu Mondeti. Palnati Surya Pratap has directed 18 Pages. A spy thriller with editor-turned-director Gary Beeh is also in the making.
