Amaravati: State Election Commissioner (SEC) Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has blocked the government's proposal to transfer Chief Secretary gopalakrishna dwivedi and Commissioner Girija Shankar. The Chief Secretary adityanath das issued three separate orders on Tuesday surrendering Tirupati Urban SP Ramesh Reddy to GAD along with Guntur Collector Samuel Anand and Chittoor District Collector Narayan Bharat Gupta. He said that Guntur district JC Dinesh Kumar was appointed as the Guntur district collector and Chittoor district JC Markandeyas as the District Collector of Chittoor district. Chittoor SP Senthil Kumar has been given full additional responsibility as Tirupati Urban SP.
