According to the news agency Xinhua, Santos said in a statement on Monday that the players who had the infection had no symptoms of any kind. He is kept in solitude and his identity has been kept secret due to privacy.
Reports say that this time Santos told that in the antibody test it has been found that three people have already been caught by the virus. This result has come after 24 players, 45 staff members tested on Friday.
São Paulo Governor João Doria said last week that the club could start practice from July 1. Earlier on Monday, São Paulo FC said that one of its players and employees have been found infected with the virus.
