New Delhi:- Niranjan Hiranandani (born 8 March 1950) is an Indian billionaire businessman, co-founder, and CEO of the Hiranandani Group, a real estate company. He is ranked among the 100 richest Indians by Forbes magazine and has a net worth of $1.6 billion (as of June 2021).
According to Grohe Hurun's report, he is among India's top 10 real estate tycoons in 2020. According to IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List (2020), 2020 he was the second richest person in the real estate sector. Hiranandani, along with members of his family, manages a private Hiranandani group.
Hiranandani was born in Mumbai. The Hiranandani family is descended from the Sindhi tribe. His father was Rakmal Hiranand Hiranandani, an otolaryngologist, and recipient of the Government of India's Padma Bhushan Award. Hiranandani's older brother's name is Navin. His younger brother is Surendra Hiranandani graduated from Campion School, Mumbai, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham University, Mumbai. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Hiranandani started her career as an accounting teacher. In 1981 he established his first business, a textile fabric factory in Kandivali, Mumbai.
In 1985, along with his brother Surendra, he purchased 250 hectares of land in Powai, Mumbai, and established a real estate company called Hiranandani Gardens. Hiranandani Constructions is working on the renovation and opening of two of his townships, which the developer acquired at a court auction for around ₹100 billion. Hiranandani Estate is a community located in Thane, part of the Mumbai metropolitan area, Maharashtra. Hiranandani Hospital opened in Powai in 2006 and Thane in 2011.
He is the Founding Chairman of Yotta Infrastructure, which opened the second-largest data center in the world, NM1, at Integrated Yotta Data Center Park, Navi Mumbai.

In October 2021, Hiranandani was named in the Pandora Documents. He is said to have hidden $60 million in several offshore trusts. Hiranandani claimed the funds held in offshore accounts in the British Virgin Islands belonged to his son, Darshan Hiranandani, who remains in Dubai.
Niranjan is married to Kamal Hiranandani and has two children. He has a daughter Priya and a son Darshan. Priya is married to Cyrus Vandrevala, a London-based businessman. Darshan is married to Neha Jhalani, daughter of Delhi-based businessman Pradeep Jhalani and his wife Shabnam Jhalani.

He is the former Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce ASSOCHAM, a 100-year-old Indian trade association. It was established to shape the country's commercial, commercial, and industrial environment. ASSOCHAM is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Government of India's Housing and Urban Development Reform Task Force and a member of the Slum Rehabilitation Planning Study Group of the Government of Maharashtra.
