New Delhi: The case of Nirbhaya which has been going on continuously since the year 2012 and now the lawyer of the accused has started a new trick. A petition of Vinay Sharma, convicted of Nirbhaya, was heard today in Patiala House Court in Delhi. During this time, Tihar Jail lawyer Irfan Ahmed submitted Vinay's medical report to the court. Irfan Ahmed said that the convict Vinay himself had hit his head on the walls of the jail, soon after which he was treated by the doctors of Tihar. Tihar has also submitted CCTV footage to the court in this case.
According to the information received, it has been learned that Tihar lawyer Irfan told the court that there is no old medical history of mental instability of Vinay, as reported by Vinay's lawyer AP Singh. Irfan Ahmed also told the court that convict Vinay had recently made two calls to his mother and lawyer, so why are his lawyers claiming that he is not able to recognize his mother as well?
