New Delhi: The top court will hear the curative petition of two of the four convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape case on January 14. According to the information received, the bench of five judges will hear the plea of both the convicts Vinay Kumar Sharma and Mukesh. A bench of five judges comprising Justice NV Ramanna, Justice Arun Mishra, Justice RF Nariman, Justice R.K. Bhanumathi and Justice Ashok Bhushan.

Explain that a curative petition is filed when a mercy petition sent by a convict to the President and a review petition in the apex court are dismissed. It is noteworthy that on Tuesday January 7, 2020, when a Delhi court issued a warrant to hang the four murderers of Nirbhaya (Pawan Gupta, Mukesh Singh, Vinay Sharma and Akshay Thakur).

The date of hanging was fixed on January 22, 2020 and the time at 7 am. The place has been determined, the poor people will be hanged in the hanging in Tihar Jail (Tihar Jail) number-3 of Delhi. Let me tell you that on December 16, 2012, a 23-year-old girl was brutally gang-raped in a moving bus, due to which she later died.
