Nissan Motor India has launched the Magnite EZ-Shift AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) at an introductory starting price of Rs 6.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The price is a limited-time offer and bookings can be done till November 10, 2023. The Japanese automaker company has claimed that Magnite AMT is the most affordable AMT model across SUV, sedan and hatchback segments in India. The car can be booked with a booking amount of Rs 11,000.
Nissan Magnite EZ-Shift Specs
The Nissan Magnite EZ-Shift is equipped with a 5-speed Automated Manual Transmission with a creep function and a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, generating a maximum power output of 71 bhp and a peak torque of 96 Nm. Nissan has claimed that Magnite EZ-Shift has a mileage of 19.70 kmpl, while the 5-speed manual variant has a fuel efficiency of 19.35 kmpl.
The Magnite EZ-Shift will be available in the market across all models including XE Base, XL Mid, XV Upper, XV Pre-Premium. The newly launched car also comes with Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), incorporating the Hill Start Assist (HSA) function.

Nissan Magnite, KURO Special Edition
The Magnite EZ-Shift was launched days after Nissan introduced its Nissan Magnite, the KURO Special Edition in Black at a price of Rs 8.27 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The company had opened the bookings of the Nissan Magnite KURO Special Edition on September 14, 2023 with a booking amount of Rs 11,000. The car is available in variants including, Magnite XV MT, Magnite Turbo XV MT, and Magnite Turbo XV CVT.
