Patna: Bihar CM and JD(U) President Nitish Kumar was agitated at the media when he questioned the deaths of children in the state. In Bihar, 142 children have lost their lives due to Chamki fever so far and this figure continues to rise. The CM of the province has been silent on the whole issue. When Nitish Kumar was questioned over the deaths of children in Delhi on Wednesday, he held a silent silence. Earlier on Tuesday, Nitish Kumar and Deputy CM Sushil Modi visited Srikrishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) 20 days after the onset of fever deaths, where they were the victims of public outcry.
Angry people even chanted slogans to get Nitish back. In the hospital, CM Nitish Kumar and Deputy CM Sushil Modi met the patients and their family members. In Bihar, the number of deaths is increasing due to fever. So far, the death toll from the disease has risen to 142 in the state.
