Patna: Assembly elections are due in the year 2021 in West Bengal. The dates of this election may not have been announced yet, but preparations have already started. The ruling party Trinamool Congress (TMC) and the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Center have started the preparation for the Bengal elections.

The BJP has devoted its life to the preparations for the Bengal elections. Nitish Kumar's party in Bihar has also expressed its intentions regarding the Bengal elections. Janata Dal-United (JDU) has announced to contest 75 assembly seats in West Bengal. Information in this regard has been given by party leader Ghulam Rasul Baliyavi. According to media reports, JDU's Bengal in-charge Legislative Councilor Ghulam Rasul Balliavi has stated a plan to contest the election. He has said that the JDU will contest the elections in 75 assembly seats in the state.

He told that the party is preparing for the Bengal elections. According to media reports, the party will contest the seats which are bordering Bihar. These seats have also been identified. Very soon the leaders of the Bengal unit will discuss this with the party's national president and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. Everything will be decided in this meeting.
