Cricket fans are eargerly waiting for India vs Australia series. Meanwhile, debate over India's ideal captain for the Test series in Virat Kohli's absence rallies on, as opinions remain divided between Ajinkya Rahane and Rohit Sharma. After former Australia cricketer Brad Hogg backed Rahane suggesting Rohit might not even get a palce in the tea,, Wasim Jaffer has responded hilariously on Twitter.
According to Hogg Rohit might not even be a permanent name in the playing XI in Australia. He took to Twitter and wrote, “Rahane will do a fine job. The only other option would be Rohit but his record touring in Test Cricket provides no certainty of him holding a spot in the team." Jaffer, who has won several fans recently with his social media antics, had another hilarious response up his sleeves to Hogg's comment. Here's what he tweeted.

Rahane remains the designated vice-captain in the Indian team for the Test cricket but Rohit's success as a captain in shorter formats has made many advocate his case for the role. Rohit recently cemented his place in the Test team and the talk of being given captaincy looks far fetched.
