The very talented actor  Manoj Bajpayee is to be conferred with Padma Shri by the government for his contribution in the field of arts. He has delivered many outstanding performances in numerous films. The actor said that he is happy that no one has abused him on social media platforms after his name was announced as one of the awardees of India’s prestigious award.

In the recent past, there have been quite a few instances when people have criticised the government's choice when it comes to conferring prestigious award to a particular individual. But no one has questioned government choice when they selected Manoj for the award.  In an interaction with the media in Mumbai on Monday actor said that My friends, relatives and followers are very happy with it.” He further added that,” I have observed that till now, no one has abused me on social media and no one has created controversy when my name announced. As one of the awardees of Padma Shri Award so, I am really happy and it's a good thing that when you get an honour nobody has raised objections against it."

Manoj Bajpee is a vert talented and outstanding performer. He is a recipient of two National Awards and several other accolades.
