Amidst the corona havoc, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that the nighttime curfew in the state will continue till May 31 even after further orders. To reduce the risk of corona infection, there will be no light dysfunction.

He instructed the authorities to re-determine the container area according to the number of active cases, so that curfew can continue only in the infected area. Gehlot said in a high-level meeting on Friday night about the corona infection that the health protocol should be followed properly. The best health infrastructure from the district hospital to the primary health center should be decided. He said that advisory will be issued by the medical department regarding free treatment of corona in private hospitals. He said that there should be no shortage in the vaccination campaign of children during the Covid-19 era. Children should be vaccinated as before in government hospitals. He directed to constitute a committee of experts to check unnecessary expenses.

Keeping in view the summer season, approval has been issued for drinking water works up to 25 lakhs on the recommendation of MLAs. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot gave instructions to the officials of Water Resources Department in this regard on Friday evening. Gehlot has sanctioned 50 crores in 200 assembly constituencies of the state. With this amount, hand pump drill, tube well, solar powered borewell and pump machinery will be able to be replaced. Changing the old shabby pine line can also be done with this amount. The Chief Minister instructed the officials to keep the supply of water in the state in a systematic manner. In addition to the pipeline, giving instructions to ensure the supply of water through tankers, the CM said that no one should have any problem during the summer season.
