New Delhi: A new smartphone from Nokia called X30 5G has been released in India. There is only one 8GB/256GB variant of the phone and it is priced at Rs. 49,000. Pre-orders can be made now and its sale will start from February 20.
Standout features of the device include a 4,200mAh battery, 90Hz AMOLED display, 50MP main camera, and Snapdragon 695 5G chipset.
Under HMD Global, the Nokia brand has been successful in the entry-level and mid-range markets. However, it has been unable to make a name for itself in the premium market.

The latest X30 5G offers mid-range hardware that can easily be had for less than Rs. 20,000. Given that there are much better smartphones available under Rs. 50,000, it seems to be a high priced smartphone.
The centre-aligned punch-hole cutout, thin bezels, in-display fingerprint scanner and IP67 ingress protection are all features of the Nokia X30 5G. It flaunts a dual camera module at the back.
The phone features a 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED screen with 90Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 700 nits maximum brightness. It weighs around 185 grams and is 7.99mm thick in terms of dimensions.

The Snapdragon 695 5G processor powers the Nokia X30 5G, which is also paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone launches Android 12.
The smartphone packs a 4,200mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. For connectivity, the phone has 5G, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band Wi-Fi and Type-C port.

The sole 8GB/256GB variant of the Nokia X30 5G is priced at Rs. 49,000. Currently, both the official website and Amazon allow pre-orders for the device. The sale will start from February 20. It is available in Ice White and Cloudy Blue tones.
