Washington : North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un is known all over the world for his tughlaqi decrees. Recently, Kim Jong Un issued a new decree saying that if a North Korean citizen watches foreign films or wears foreign clothes, he will be sentenced to death.

Moreover, Kim Jong Un even said in his decree that if anyone receives videos of American, Japanese and South Korea, he will also be sentenced to death. North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un has recently written a letter to state media. Through this letter, the youth of the country have been requested to launch a campaign against unpleasant, individualistic, anti-social behaviour among the youth. South Koreans say Kim Jong-un considers foreign speeches, hairstyles and clothing as deadly poisons.

People say the dictator doesn't want his citizens to watch South Korea's shining TV serials and movies. Kim Jong Un wants to end the youth by creating fear in their minds. Kim believes that citizens can stand up to another country if its culture reaches its country. They can also oppose dictatorship. According to this new law, if the employee is found guilty, the owner of the factory will be punished. If a child wears foreign clothes or adopts a foreign hairstyle, his parents will be punished.
