Pyongyang: The global epidemic coronavirus is spread all over the world. There is hardly any country left in the world where this epidemic has not been destroyed. But North Korea is constantly claiming that the disease has not yet reached its country. It has also sealed its border for nearly a year and a half to avoid illness and has even turned down offers from several countries for the covid vaccine.

In fact, there have been several reports of border seals in North Korea and food crisis due to many other reasons, in view of which many countries, including Russia, have offered it a vaccine, but North Korea is not ready to open its borders and is rejecting all such proposals in order to keep the virus out. It has also recently turned down such an offer from Russia.

The border sealing has also affected North Korea's trade with China, while North Korea is mainly dependent on China for food, fertilizers, and fuel. North Korean top leader Kim Jong-un had last month asked the people of the country to be prepared for "serious consequences." He also admitted that the food crisis and the situation in North Korea were tense.
