North Korea On Monday issue a latest belligerent  threat and give warning  of nuclear strikes against United Nations and South Korea. The annual exercise between United States and South Korea is going to start from Monday.

Participation in the joint drills which is known as “Key Resolve and Foal Eagle” – has been bumped up this year to involve 300,000 South Korean and 15,000 US troops as well as strategic US navel vessels and air force assets.

Statement given by North Korea’s powerful National Defence Commission said, “ As the joint military exercises  to be staged by the enemies are regarded as the most undisguised nuclear war drills aimed to infringe upon the sovereignty, its military counteraction will be more pre-emptive and offensive nuclear strike to cope with them.”

North Korea is widely believed to have a small number of nuclear weapons, and it claims to have the ability to strike the US with nuclear weapons. Since 2006 North Korea has conducted four nuclear tests, it has also placed two satellites into orbit since late 2012.
