Bhopal: RSS general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale on Monday said the country needs Roti along with Lord Shri Ram, which means industry, wealth, and employment as the two together are India's civilization. Speaking as the keynote speaker at the inauguration of district employment generation centers in 16 districts, including Bhopal, under the Swavalamba Bharat Abhiyan of 'Swadeshi Jagran Manch', Hosabale said it was the desire and aspiration of the people of the entire country that a grand temple of Lord Shri Ram should be built in Ayodhya, UP.
Hosabale said that we have protected the identity and culture of the country. A temple (of Lord Rama) to be built in Ayodhya was the wish and aspiration of the people of the entire country. There are temples on every street in our country. Why was that? There was a feeling associated with the country's identity and culture. So a feeling emerged. If Ram is there then Roti is also needed. Both Ram and Roti together are the civilization of India. Roti means industry, wealth, employment, and the self-sufficient life of the people. Attacking the businessmen who defrauded Indian banks of crores of rupees and fled the country, Hosabale said that the authorities have made very few efforts to nab them. Many people have caused huge losses of crores of rupees. You are doing nothing to catch them. We know everything. What some people (businessmen) have done to the banks... Have we sent them to jail? Nothing has been done. There is more concern about youth not repaying Rs 10 lakh (loan).
Emphasizing creating an ecosystem for job invention, Hosabale said that during his visits he has come across youth who feel hopeless. They (youths) say that the government's policy is good, but when they approach (officers) they do not get (financial) help. This leaves the youth disappointed. Is this a good arrangement? When an enthusiastic youth wants to achieve something, he should be encouraged. I do not mean that you should trust them and give them loans of crores of rupees. Hosabale said that proper counseling should be given to unemployed youth. People should support the youth who want to do something in life. In India, there was a system of providing employment to the people even at the local level. But due to some reasons, we lagged behind in terms of employment.
