Fashion designer Manav Gangwani, who was unable to pay his house rent in Panchsheel Park area of the capital, maybe in deep trouble. The owner of the property, Lalit Bansal, has told through his lawyer that Gangwani has not been paying the property rent of Rs 3.5 lakh per month for the last 10 months, i.e. from April 2019 and now he does not even answer the phone and message citing personal reasons.

According to the legal document, "It is important to note that the last time the rent was paid in April 2019 and after that many reminders have been sent. The rent has not been paid till July 2019 and after this, the plaintiff requested the defendant Is to either pay the unpaid rent continuously or vacate the property.

When IANS spoke to Gangwani, he said, "There has been disagreement with him about some things and he has already got security deposit. With this, I am thinking about shifting from this campus, because I am Not feeling comfortable with the whole situation. I am not the kind of person who takes things differently. " He added, "I need a lot of time to find a good place because my parents are unwell. I cannot shift anywhere."
