Raipur: Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel on Wednesday presented a portal designed to simplify the current process for building permissions on plots up to 500 square metres outside the civic body area and under the investment sector due to a review meeting held at his residence office here.
Under this simplified process of building permits on the same plots, the applicant will have to submit an online application and deposit the processing fee and building permit fee. According to the land rules of the map by the computer, in-principle consent will be issued immediately by testing and the applicant will get online approval after depositing the workman fee. This arrangement of the building permits will prevent applicants from coming to the office frequently and will enable them to obtain permission by submitting applications online.
Under the same arrangement, CM Baghel granted an online in-principle licence to Rashmi Khandekar in the first episode, a copy of which was received by his architect Mohit Solanki. Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Subrata Sahu, Director Nagar and Village Investment JP Maurya and Additional Director Nagar and Village Investment Sandeep Bagde were present on the occasion.
