MediaTek has added two more new models to its Gaming Centric G Series chipset processor. The company has launched MediaTek Helio G35 and Helio G25 chipset processors. Both these gaming processors have been launched by the company after the mid-range gaming processor Helio G85 launched last month. The company's previous processor was launched with Octacore processing technology and 12nm manufacturing process. The new processor has also been launched with a 12nm manufacturing process. Both processors work on the ARM Cortex A-53 architecture.
Talking about the features of the entry level MediaTek Helio G25 processor, it comes with 8x ARM Cortex A-53 CPU, which has a clock speed of 2.0GHz. It is equipped with Imagination Power of PowerVR GE8320 GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) which can generate power up to 650MHz frequency. The Helio G25 supports a display with a 60Hz refresh rate with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution.
Talking about the MediaTek Helio G35 chipset processor, it also comes with 8x ARM Cortex A-53 CPU, which has a clock speed of 2.3GHz. It is equipped with Imagination Power of PowerVR GE8320 GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) which can generate power up to 680MHz frequency. The Helio G35 supports a 60Hz refresh rate display with 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution.
Talking about camera support feature Helio G25 can support 13MP + 8MP dual camera and single 21MP single camera with zero shutter lag. At the same time, the Helio G35 can support 13MP + 13MP dual camera and 25MP single camera with zero shutter lag. Both processors come with HyperEngine technology which boosts dynamic allocation of CPU, GPU and memory. Both processors can support low latency gameplay connections and LPDDR4x RAM up to 6GB.
