2 potatoes
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
2 green chilies finely chopped
2 pinch baking soda
1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
1 tablespoon green chutney
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
2-3 papdis
salt to taste
Method- For this, first wash the peas with good water and soak them for 4-5 hours. By the way, if you want, you can also soak the peas overnight. In fact, the more the peas swell, the better they will melt. Now the next morning, throw the water in which you have soaked the peas and put it in the cooker with clean water. Simultaneously add a little salt and 2 pinches of baking soda. Now wait for 3-4 whistles. Your peas will be well cooked. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. Now put cumin seeds in this oil and add tomatoes and onions and fry for 2 minutes. After this, add coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala etc. to the boiled peas and mix it well. Now in this mixture again add fried onion tomatoes. You mix it well and at the same time add salt to the peas. Finally, add tamarind and green chutney to the peas and crush the papdi on top. After this, garnish it with finely chopped green coriander leaves.
