Aizawl: Corona in Mizoram has been increasing rapidly, now the number of patients has reached 620. Information and public relations department of Mizoram government reported this. Of the total data on corona cases, 322 cases are active, and 298 patients have been discharged. However, it is a matter of relief that no deaths have occurred due to corona in the state. Two patients have also escaped from the state.

The Union Health Ministry said that in the last 24 hours, 861 people died in India, while the total death due to illness has reached 43,379. The number of corona patients in the country has crossed 21 lakh 53 thousand. Maharashtra is the most infected state in India. Here the figure of corona infects has crossed five lakh three thousand, while the death toll has reached 17 thousand 367.

Tamil Nadu is second most affected by corona after Maharashtra. Here the number of patients has reached 2 lakh 90 thousand cases, the death toll has reached 4 thousand 808. Andhra Pradesh has become the most infected reaches at number three. Here 1 thousand 939 people have lost their lives, while cases have crossed over 2 lakh 17 thousand. After this, Karnataka is the fourth most infected state. Here, the number of patients has crossed one lakh 72 thousand. The death toll has reached over three lakhs here.
